WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

• Have an experience to conceptualizing overall ideation and visualizing a wide range of campaigns

• Able to direct commercial video marketing for premium/high-end brands

• Have an experience handling Beauty/Skincare brand would be a plus

• Able to create a mood board deck for presenting the concept detail to the client

• Have an in hand experiences to handle and developing a team

• Well versed with latest trends around the world (social media savvy)

• Excellent analytical skill and able to input strategic thinking into different touch points

• Highly organized and able to adapt to a fast paced environment/fast growing company

• Willing to be working onsite in Cengkareng, West Jakarta

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Created (and/or reviewing) storyboard and scripts to ensure it meets the company's quality standards

• Managing aspects of video production, including concept development, hiring crews & talent (if needed), and creating shooting schedules, and equipment

• Reviewing footage from each shoot and making sure all lighting, sound, and camera angles are appropriate

• Ensuring all video production projects are completed on time

• Collaborating with the post-production team to ensure the editing process is executed with precision and quality

• Overseeing the entire project, and coordinating between teams to ensure quality and successful execution

• Involved in manpower planning and operational budget.
