Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure optimal store service to create high customer satisfaction

• Develop business strategies to increase the number of customers, sales and profits

• Leading, motivating, guiding and supervising store staff

• Supervise store administration and ensure the work of administrative staff is in accordance with applicable regulations and procedures

• Handle problems arising from staff or customers, including complaints and criticism

Job Qualifications:

• Min. 5 years work experience as Store Manager (supermarkets are preferred)

• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead staff and help customers

• Great customers service skills

• Having good analytical and problem-solving skill

• Good time management skills to set realistic deadlines and follow specific steps to reach time-sensitive objectives

• In-depth knowledge of the store's merchandise, its exact location and its prices

• Have a strong orientation on customer satisfaction, with a focus on providing a good shopping experience and building long-term relationships with customers
