Manage daily operations of social media accounts on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and others Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a strong online community Implement and refine social media strategies to align with marketing goals and increase brand awareness Track and analyze social media performance metrics, and provide regular reports on engagement, reach, and growth

Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep content fresh and engaging Identify and engage with social media influencers / KOL and brand advocates to amplify content reach

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or a related field

Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role; typically 1+ years

Deep understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices

Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure content performance and make informed decision

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for engaging audiences

Innovative mindset with a strong ability to generate and implement creative ideas

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
