Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with overall marketing and business goals

• Identify key performance indicators (KPls) and track metrics to measure the success of social media campaigns

• Create engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms

• Monitor and respond to audience comments, messages, and mentions on social media channels

• Plan and execute social media campaigns, including both organic and paid effort

• Prepare and present reports on social media performance to key stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• Proven experience as a Social Media Lead/SPV or similar role

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms

• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas

• Familiarity with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads). Basic graphic design skills and knowledge of multimedia content creation tools

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Willing to be place at Depok, West Java.
