Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma-degree in any fields from credible collage / university

  • Minimum 3 (three) years sales experiences in B2B Sales

  • Proven track record in achieving sales target/high performer

  • Hunter attitude is a MUST

  • Good communication skill and great skills (presentation, probing & negotiation skills both verbal & written

  • English & Bahasa)

  • Excellence interpersonal skills

  • Proactive, Influencing & Persistent

  • Comfortable with deadlines and targets (objective driven)

  • Has integrity & good reporting skill

  • Good time management & planning skill.


Main Responsibility:

  • Achieve the individual target set by the company on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis

  • Establish, develop and maintain business relationship with given portfolio of clients or prospects in the assigned industry

  • Build strong pipeline and generate new opportunities

  • Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for existing clients and prospects

  • Develop a stronger knowledge on the assigned Industry as well as the potential market

  • Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with other departments

  • Meet with related departments regularly to resolve clients issues in order to enhance clients satisfaction and to ensure that annual BV and revenue goals are achieved

  • Prepare and submit reports as required by the Company.
