Job Descriptions:

  • Develop Front Liners Service Standard Guideliness & Customer Care Training Module.

  • Conduct Training Development for Front Liners.

  • Handle Customer Care system/application/tools.

  • Measure Front Liners Technical Competency Level.

  • Measure and analyzing Customer Satisfaction Index (All Sinar Mas Land projects).

  • Handle Unsolved Ticket Customer.

  • Handle Service Innovation/Improvement.

  • Manage Customer Data.


Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer/Telecommunication Engineering, Management, Administration.

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Willing to be placed in BSD City.
