Description:

• We are seeking US IT Technical Recruiters to define, design, and implement effective recruiting strategies and manage search engagements for various direct client roles

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruiting process, from sourcing candidates to offer negotiation and onboarding

• Develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies for each role

• Build and maintain a robust network of passive candidates through internal and external networking

• Understand client job requirements, including responsibilities and necessary skills, to source suitable candidates

• Coordinate and schedule interviews, negotiate offers, and successfully close hires

• Stay updated on the latest recruiting trends and best practices

• Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online tools, referrals, and databases

• Achieve established hiring metrics and performance goals

• Identify, attract, and screen top technical candidates (both active and passive) across various technical skill sets and experience levels

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, and at least 4+ years of experience in full recruitment life cycle

• Prior experience working on direct client roles and C2C is a must-have

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Experience or knowledge using CEIPAL or any Applicant tracking software Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)

• Prior experience working on job boards like: Dice.com, Monster.com, Indeed, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, etc

• Experience working on state or federal government requirements (preferred)
