Job Description: Identify and engage potential customers through online platforms and offline.

Qualify and nurture leads through email, chat, and phone communication to convert them into sales.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Accurately process sales orders and coordinate with the fulfillment team to ensure timely delivery of products/services.

Requirements:

Experience and a strong interest in business education are a must Bachelor's degree from any major (preferably from business, Marketing, or a related field preferred)

Experience 1-2 years as a Customer Care, Community specialist,

Customer Support, and Customer Service Excellent communication skills, Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Experience handling a high volume of work and prioritizing duties in a fast-paced environment

Willing to work at Yogyakarta (WFO)
