WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting

• Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience in inventory management

• Experience in handling retail and manufacturing industry

• Excellent in Microsoft Excel is required

• Detail-oriented, good team player, and able to work under pressure

• Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment /fast-growing company

• High integrity and a problem solver

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills

• Capable of giving coaching to junior team members

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Supervise and oversee activities related to inventory

• Provide accurate and timely inventory data for the accounting department

• Solve any inventory discrepancies issues

• Develop Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) for inventory and fixed assets

• Handle physical inventory count on a periodic basis, including preparing stock opname report

• Recommend the necessary of inventory provision including the documentation
