Senior Community Specialist will be responsible for maintaining strong relationship with customer or community members.

Job Description:

Develop and execute strategies to foster a strong and engaged customer / community.

Facilitate discussions, organize events, and create content that promotes member / customer interaction

Create and curate engaging content for community platforms, including social media and forums.

Use clear and empathetic communication to ensure customer satisfaction Collaborate with team members to achieve department objectives

Handle Basic Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field

Experience 1-2 years as a Customer Care, Community specialist, Customer Support, and Customer Service Excellent communication skills, Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues

Experience handling Customer Relationship Management (CRM) will be poin plus

Willing to work at Yogyakarta (WFO)
