Requirement :

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field

• Having 5 years minimum wok experience in IT product development with at least 2 years in a managerial role

• Experience in handling cycle development product

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team

• Experience in operating excel and data handling

• Having experience in logistic or e-commerce industry is a plus

Responsibilities :

• Cordinate team activities to ensure targets and project deadlines

• Collaborate with other departements to integrate product strategies into the companys business plans

• Responsible for ensuring the product team complies with the rules, policies, and SOP set by the company

• Suggest product enchancements or new feature to improve user experience and company value
