What You'll Do

• Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract skilled candidates through various channels

• Candidate Engagement: Foster relationships and guide candidates through the hiring process

• Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and strategize solutions

• Innovation: Implement creative recruitment strategies to enhance our talent acquisition efforts

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Psychology or related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

• Familiarity with psychometric assessments (psikotes)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting

• Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with candidates

• Willingness to work on-site in East Kalimantan

• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
