Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for various villa management positions.

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

  • Maintain positive relationships with staff, addressing any issues or concerns.

  • Create and manage job postings on various platforms.

  • Maintain accurate records of candidate information and hiring processes.

  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with legal and company policies.


Requirements:

  • Min of 1 year in Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition preferably in hospitality or property management (Fresh Grad with Internship experience are welcome).

  • Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

  • Able to speak in English.
