Qualification:
Candidate must possess a Diploma or a Bachelor's Degree.
Proven experience as a Receptionist / Front Desk Officer or in a similar role is preferred.
Neat appearance with strong abilities in communication and presentation.
Strong interpersonal skill with the ability to interact professionally with diverse individuals.
Proficient in using office equipment, including telephone systems and computer software.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Willing to be placed at Kediri with 8:1 Roster system.
Job Description:
Greet guests who come and provide information and directions regarding their visit.
Helping the needs and interests of guests regarding building services and facilities.
Professionally receiving incoming calls and connect the call to the recipient.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Manage records related to the receptionist.
Do the administration task.
