Responsibilities :

  • Greeting staff and guest with a positive, helpful, attitude

  • Ansewring phones in a professional manner, politely, and routing calss as necessary

  • Managing meeting room availability

  • Supporting internal and external events

  • Scheduling appointments with marketing hotels, vendor etc.

  • Perform administrative and clerical support task, basic filing and record keeping

  • Control and order office supplies and order front office supplies and keep the inventory of stock

  • Maintaining a contact database, perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopy

  • Overseeing front desk service and ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of the receptio area


Requirements :

  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in tourims/hotel/service agency SMA/SMK/Diploma in tourism/any discipline

  • Able to operate MS. office

  • Problem solving skills is required

  • Having friendly personality

  • Good comman over english language and effective communication skills is a must

  • Indonesia citizen and domicile in Batam

  • Able to join immediately
