Job Description:

• As a Junior Cosmetic R&D Staff Internship member at our company, you will play a pivotal role in the development of cutting-edge beauty and skincare products.

• You will work collaboratively with our R&D team, formulators, and product developers to bring exciting new cosmetic concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Formulation: Collaborate in the formulation and development of cosmetic and skincare products, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards and customer expectations.

• Ingredient Research: Stay current with industry trends and research on cosmetic ingredients and technologies to help drive product innovation.

• Testing and Analysis: Conduct rigorous testing and analysis of product prototypes to evaluate their safety, efficacy, and stability.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all products meet regulatory requirements and standards, and assist in the preparation of regulatory documentation as needed.

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and quality control, to ensure smooth product development and launch processes.

• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve formulation and production challenges, making adjustments as necessary to improve product performance.

• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all research and development activities, including formulation changes, test results, and product specifications.

• Quality Assurance: Support quality control processes to guarantee that products meet established quality benchmarks.

• Sustainability: Explore and recommend sustainable and eco-friendly ingredients and packaging options to align with our commitment to environmental responsibility.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy. Graduate from reputable University will be a plus.

• Previous experience in cosmetic formulation and product development is highly desirable.

• Attention to detail and being highly organized is a must.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, regulations, and industry trends.

• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
