Job Description

• Develop planning, managing, and monitoring activities related to Quality Assurance carried out by the Quality Engineer team and completing them Lead the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of automated test scripts for web and mobile applications using industry-standard test automation tools and frameworks

• Ensure comprehensive test coverage through the development of functional and regression

• Manage and lead the Quality Engineer team to efficiently and effectively achieve automated testing goals

• Provide guidance and technical mentorship to team members, fostering skill development Developing the abilities of subordinates, including shaping them to become leaders

• Collaborate with Quality Engineer team, Quality Control team, software developers, and other stakeholders to understand software requirements and ensure adequate testing Regularly communicate with relevant parties to report progress, test results, and identify risks and issues Identify areas for process automation and assist in implementing automation solutions to streamline QE/QA workflows

• Explore innovations in automated testing tools and technologies to improve testing efficiency and accuracy

• Contribute to the development and enhancement of QA processes, providing input to enhance team effectiveness

• Compile detailed automated testing reports, including test results, defect findings, and improvement recommendations

• Analyze automated testing results and provide improvement recommendations

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science / Information Technology with GPA > 3.00

• Minimum 5-year experience in test automation development for web application

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or JavaScript programming language

• Deep expertise with automated testing tools and frameworks, such as Katalon, Appium, etc

• Strong leadership skills and experience in managing automated testing teams In-depth understanding of software testing methodologies, including functional, regression

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• Enthusiasm for learning and staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in software testing and test automation

• Experience with agile software development practices and understanding of DevOps principles are a plus
