Kualifikasi :

• Min Diploma degree (D3) in Engineering or related major

• Minimum 2 years as a Leader and at least 5 years total experience in Quality Control.

• Proficient in reading technical drawings and operating measurement equipment.

• Experience in electronics,automotive industry.

• Strong experience in managing and controlling multiple subordinates.

Job Description:

• Analyze inspection data and drive process improvements.

• Monitor Mass Production (MP) results to ensure they meet quality standards.

• Prepare comprehensive quality reports for management.

• Verify and investigate defective parts returned from the field or assembly line.

• Ensure that all finished products comply with the company's quality requirements.
