Qualifications :

• Oversee inventory management, logistics and procurement to ensure optimal inventory levels, minimizing costs, and on-time delivery.

• Develop and implement a strategic supply chain plan aligned with overall project objectives and budget.

• Collaborate with the production and maintenance teams to forecast demand for parts and materials.

• Understand internal category profile through various analysis covering Internal demand dynamics, spend analysis (SKU, suppliers, purchase price, total cost of ownership model impact to P&L savings, etc).

• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing cost-saving initiatives.

• Responsible for overall Inventory Management, maintain accurate inventory records for all parts and components & develop inventory control procedures and best practices.

• Prepare and execute the negotiation with supplier as per company's interest leading to framework agreement Develop category supply rules / plan for the overall business units

• Supply chain management, coordinate with logistics to manage parts supply

• Develop departmental procedures and training programs for employee growth

• Lead procurement activities from sourcing to contract management, overseeing vendor selection, bidding processes, and contract negotiations.

Job Descriptions :

• Educational background typically includes a degree in Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

• Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement material management, logistics, or related fields, with at least 3-year exposure in leadership capacity within the coal mining sector

• Passionate and dynamic individual with strong leadership skills

• Willingness to travel as needed Have strong commercial sense and technical knowledge regarding heavy equipments and heavy vehicle

• Preferably have experience from Coal Mining industry

• Fluent in English both written or spoken

• Have experience handle heavy equipment, e.g Liebherr, SANY, Volvo, Scania and Komatsu

• Possesses strong network of vendor / suppliers within the industry.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
