Job Summary:

• Assisting administrative task, made a recapitulation about purchase requisition and purchase order, and will work closely with Category Manager and Category Analyst

Requirements:

• Final year student or fresh graduate from reputable university, majoring in Industrial Engineering with min GPA of 3.50

• Good communication skills, fast learner, and adaptable

• Familiar with Ms. Office, especially Ms. Excel

• Domicile in Jabodetabek

• Willing to join for 6 months internship duration with commitment

• Available to fully work from office (WFO)

• Available to join ASAP

Job Description:

• To assist and analyze purchase decision from PR to PO

• To assist and ensure lead time of goods

• To monitor daily purchase requisition

• Handle administrative things related to Procurement Division
