About the Position:

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Plant / Production Manager to join our team. The Plant / Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our production operations

Including:

• Developing and implementing production plans and schedules

• Managing and motivating production staff

• Ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety regulations

• Identifying and implementing process improvements

• Monitoring production costs and efficiency

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in engineering, or a related field

• 7+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment

• Proven track record of managing and motivating production teams

• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, GMP, Quality Management System, ERP/SAP

• Proficient in computer program especially MS Excel and Spreadsheet

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Willing to be placed in Pasuruan, East Java
