Job Description:

• Design and continuously improve the performance management system to ensure alignment with organizational goals

• Verification of the conformity and accuracy of the Individual Performance Plan (IPP) with standards or programs

• Coordinate and manage the performance review cycles (quarterly, bi-annual, or annual reviews)

• Regularly review and refine the PMS to ensure it reflects the changing needs of the business and workforce

• Work with managers across departments to ensure consistency in performance management practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Psychology or a related field

• 2-5 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on performance management

• Strong knowledge of performance management frameworks, goal setting methodologies (OKRs, SMART goals), and employee development programs

• Strong analytical abilities and a data-driven mindset

• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
