Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Japanese Interpreter

• Able to speak Japanese fluently and have certificate JLPT N3

• Able to translate Japanese - Indonesian and Indonesian

• Japanese for meetings and communicate with expatriates

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Job Description:

• Monitor and analyze parts inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels

• Forecast parts demand based on production schedules and sales forecasts

• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials

• Conduct Daily Check Control of Spare Parts and any Spare Parts items

• Interpreting work activities involving multiple languages (Japanese, English, Indonesian), e.g. meeting, briefing, discussion and interview

• The field is mainly regarding Product Support, but field aside from these may also be supported, if necessary.
