Responsibilities :

  • Responsible to all operation of service network in Indonesia direct and indirect channel

  • Monitor and evluation of the quality and operationof service center based upon customer satification index

  • Ensure the effectiveness activity in service center in accordance with SOP Management VOC & VOD and countermeasure program activities

  • Able to handle several project at the same time, inter and intra departments


Requirement :

  • Bachelor degree of engineering, statistic or equivalent

  • Experienced at least 5 years in customer service management, preffered from electronics

  • Strong in management and english proficient

  • Placement South Jakarta
