Accountabilities / Work Scopes :

• Implement QMS Laboratory and utility activity to meet service time satisfaction

• Maintain laboratory management system as per ISO 17025

• Ensure cleanliness and safety in the laboratory are well maintained

• Prepare testing and operating procedure of instrument for microbiology testing

• Perform testing routine and non-routine microbiological samples in accordance to approved standard operating procedure to eliminate errors

• Prepare a comprehensive report for microbiology testing result

• Maintain instrument in microbiology laboratory

• Carry out activities of analytical method validation? and verification

• Monitoring the availability of media, reagent, and bacteria for microbiology testing

• Additional task as needed by superintended Knowledge & Skill

Requirement :

• Graduate min.D3 with lab experience, or S1 from Microbiology, Biology (with Microbiology major), Food science (with Microbiology topic for the final thesis), or Chemistry with experience working in Food/Pharmaceutical laboratory. Fresh graduate with experience in research or lecture/lab project is also acceptable. Male is preferred.

• Experience in operating microbiology lab instruments (especially Biosafety Cabinet/Laminar Air Flow cabinet, Autoclave, Incubators, Analytical Balance) and able to perform aseptic technique will be most preferable.

• Able to read and write instruction, report and procedure in English, fluent in speaking is most preferable too.

• Familiar to microbiology culture media, how to prepare it and the usage principle.

• Knowing basic safety requirement to work in microbiology laboratory and how to handle related chemical reagents properly
