WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

• Have 5 - 7 years of experience in the managerial level as a public relations

• Have strong relationships with various types of media

• Able to craft compelling messages and communicate effectively with various audiences

• Experience in managing media inquiries

• Have a creative mindset to deliver innovative public relations ideas into solutions

• Strong crisis communication skills and able to manage public relations crises

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Create comprehensive public relations plans aligned with the organization's goals and objectives to enhance brand identity

• Maintain and increase the company's media coverage in all platform media

• Track and review all public relations-related KPIs (media value, SOV, engagement, reach, and sentiment, especially compared amongst competitors)

• Responsible for planning and implementation of public relations expenditures within the budget

• Maintaining strong relationships with media, community, and stakeholders

• Lead and manage all external public relations activity of Scarlett Indonesia

• Monitor and anticipate potential public relations crises and develop proactive strategies to address them

• Collaborate with several communities and campus for campaigns, events, and activations.
