WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience at the Managerial Level in FMCG / Beauty Industries (local companies)

• Able to identify target audiences and devise campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate

• In-depth understanding of the beauty industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape

• Strong marketing skills to create effective product marketing strategies and campaigns

• Leadership skills, team management, and excellent communication skills

• Strong research and analytical skills

• Able to think creatively and innovatively

• Have proven knowledge of online and offline campaigns

• Experience in end-to-end marketing (innovation to market execution)
