WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting

• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, preferably in beauty, retail, and start-up industries

• Prior experience working at Big 4 is a plus

• Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment / fast-growing company

• Have a deep understanding and experience related to finance

• Detail-oriented, good team player, and able to work under pressure

• Strong in leadership, capable of people development, high integrity, and a problem solver

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills

• Strong in Microsoft Excel

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company's overall objectives

• Cash flow management, including all cash forecasting and investment opportunities

• Management Finance Team and oversee finance day-to-day operations, including treasury, collections, and other financial operation activities

• Prepare all financial reporting required by management

• Maintain records of all activities in the accounting system

• Collaborate with other departments to drive cost efficiencies and optimize financial processes

• Maintain good relationship with the bank
