WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting

• Minimum 4 - 5 years working experience in Finance and Accounting, preferably in beauty, retail, or start-up

• Prior experience working at Big 4 is a plus

• Detail-oriented, good team player, and able to work under pressure

• Able to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, also high-growth environment

• High integrity and a problem solver

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Monitor day-to-day financial operations within the company Manage the preparation of daily, monthly, and annual financial reports Ensure all reports are timely submitted

• Monitor the compliance with applicable accounting regulations

• Develop and execute Standard Operational Procedure (SOP)

• Financial statement, analysis, and advise to management level related to the company's financial conditions

• Manage Finance & Accounting Team
