Bachelor Degree of Psychology, Human Resources, Management or reated field

3 years experience as learning & development roles from mining/oil & gas company

HR Supervisor and TOT certificated required

Understand about TNA, LMS and training process

Experience with implementation of in-house and outside training and certificated

Experience to manage training outcome, implementation of training and handle training cost budget

Matering data processing and visualization using spreadsheet and excel

Willing to be placed in Kutai Barat, Kalimantan Timur

Schedule work, roaster 8 : 2
