Requirements :

Bachelors degree in Legal, Human Resources, Business administration or related field

Proven experience 7 years in HR leadership, business analysis and legal compliance Strong understanding of labor laws, regulations and employment practicies

Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills

Demontrated leadership abilities and experience managing a diverse HR team

Ability to thrive in a fast paced and evolving business environment
