Qualifications:

  • Must have excellent fluency in English communication and basic knowledge of technology terms

  • Mandatory experience in providing desktop support for users both offline (in-office) and online

  • Knowledge of cloud technology and IT security will be an added advantage

  • The role includes providing IT support to any department, function, or project, and responsibilities may extend beyond the specified job description

  • Must possess a TOEFL or IELTS certification

Responsibilities:

  • Hardware: Inventory management, labeling/tagging, installation/uninstallation, upgrades/downgrades, testing, troubleshooting, and condition monitoring

  • Software: Inventory management, installation/uninstallation, testing, troubleshooting (excluding software coding)

  • Networks: Inventory management, labeling/tagging, assisting and supporting network vendors, testing, troubleshooting, and condition monitoring

  • Business IT Support: Assisting users with IT issues via face-to-face interactions at the IT desk or remote assistance, managing ticketing systems, and ensuring SLA compliance for Helpdesk tickets

  • Project-Based Support: Providing IT support for various projects.

Notes:

  • This position is contract PKWT under Accord Innovations

  • Location: Medan and Sei Mangkei

  • The candidate must be available to join in the first week of January 2025.
