Job Description:

• Manage and Monitor General Insurance CORE system activities

• Ensure smooth CORE system operation

• Perform to run IT Monthly Closing in CORE System

• Manage interactions with end-users, inter-division communications and vendors

• Prepare various management reporting on CORE system

• Ensure Service Level Agreements are met internally or by IT vendor on areas outsourced

• Ensure all changes in CORE System is well documented.

Requirement:

• Minimum S1 Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or similar

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience

• Experience in Insurance business (ideal) or financial services industry

• Working knowledge of SDLC methodology

• Understanding database concept and implementation (SQL Server)

• Strong human relations skills to interface with Business managers and staff at all levels within the organization and to deal with external vendors

• Ability to define, designs, implement and deliver solutions in CORE System and functional audit reviews

• Good command of English (at least passive)
