Responsibilities :

• Responsible for providing technical support to end users, ensuring IT system and networks operate efficiency and assisting in the maintenance and management of IT insfrastructure

• Responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, managing hardware and software, and maintaining information security

• Responsible for assisting with administrative task under the responsibility of the IT division

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related fields Diploma (D3) with relevant experience can be considered

• Experience in a dynamic and fast-changing IT environment

• Understanding of computer networks (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Router, Switch, Access Point, Data & Telecommunication Insfrastructure)

• Knowledge in managing operating system (windows, linux, macos) and website & M365 Administration

• Ability in hardware and software troubleshooting Microsfot windows, microsoft office & M365, Networking Insfrastructure

• Server insfrastructure, CCTV, Other IT/Technology Based Basic knowledge, website admin (wordpress)

• Willing to be placed at the SGAR project site (Sungai Kunyit)

• Willing to travel for business trips

• Proficient in english

• Good communication skills

• Proactive and initiative in handling issues

• Friendly and helpful attitude in interacting with users

• Quickly learning ability and adaptability to new technology

• Network insfrastructure certification (plus point)

• Server insfrastructure certification (plus point)

• Microsoft certification (plus point)
