Qualifications:

• Diploma / Bachelor Degree majoring in Engineering

• Experienced in automotive manufacture would be an advantage, at least 7 years in related fields

• Excellent in knowledge of Plastic Injection Molding

• Skill on automation / robotic process would be highly advantage

• Ability on troubleshoot, defect analyze and Improvement Skill

• Knowledge of IATF, ISO 1400 and other related system

• Good communication skills in English (MUST)

• Experienced in manage team

• Proactive mindset, accountable person, engaged and Inspiring others - Mature and pleasant personality

• Preferably Supervisor / Team Leader / Assistant Manager, specialized

• Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent

Job Descriptions:

• Controlling daily Injection process production

• Prepare and control for new plant and machines during project

• Problem/defect analysis, improvement and monitoring

• Create, follow up, report for Injection section performance

• Create and control document such as WI, Checking items, Manpower and cost management

• Improve Health Safety and Environment mindset with the team
