Requirement :

  • Minimum education of a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Law

  • At least 10 years of work experience in Human Resources, including recruitment processes, training, and employee development

  • Understanding of labor regulations and laws

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet assigned targets

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Placement in Head Office, West Java

Job Description:

  • Design and implement HR policies that are aligned with the company business strategy to increase productivity and maintain employee satisfaction

  • Develop and implement a performance management system that includes setting, tracking and evaluating key performance indicators (KPIs) for employees across the organization

  • Fulfill employee recruitment in accordance with company standards

  • Managing end to end Development Program for improving Employees soft & hard skills needs

  • Manage employee performance and oversee performance management programs

  • Manage employment relations with employees, including handle conflict, conducting mediation, and handling complaints.
