Bachelors degree in Human Resource, Business Management, Psychology, or related field

Have min. 1 years eperience in human resources management or related field, fresh graduate are welcome

Familiar with industry best practice and understanding of employment law

Familiarity with HR technology, human resouce management system, latest HR software

Understand professional ethics, good communication skill and problem solving abilities

Have problem solving abilities experience in leading, motivating and managing teams is a plus Job

Requirement :

Update new employment informtion, change to employee information, employee transfer and dismissals (recruitment, orientation & unboarding and exit interview)

Monitoring the implementation of standard operating procedures and company regulations

Conflict management, company culture development, HR project management

Carrying out training/coaching/counseling and sharing sessions (employee development)

Carry out the end to end recruitment process

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
