Job Description:

  • We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HRGA Staff to join our team

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both human resources and general affairs functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to the overall success of the company

  • Have experience in the mining sector


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including preparing job descriptions, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews

  • Manage employee records, including attendance, leave, and benefits administration. Support employee relations initiatives and address employee concerns in a timely manner

  • Coordinate and oversee general affairs tasks such as office maintenance, supplies management, and company events

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations

  • Prepare HR reports and documentation as required

  • Provide support in other HR and GA-related tasks as needed


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR and/or GA roles

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Have experience in Mining Company is preferable

  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is an advantage

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
