Requirements :

  • Female

  • Min education equivalent to Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law, or equivalent

  • Have min 1 year work experience (is a plus)

  • Familiar with operating Ms Office (Excel, Word)

  • Having good communication skill, leadership, influencing and interpersonal skill, good analytical thinking, problem solving, and decision making


Job Description :

  • In charge Handle administrative tasks related to HRGA such as: attendance, employee database, BPJS, etc

  • Report daily attendance, follow up status (sick/accident/pass away) employee , fingerprint, & overtime

  • Payroll Handle petty cash funds, including disbursement, recording -Responsible for procurement of office goods

  • Coordinate the PO with the vendor

  • Assist with the administrative processes related to the extension of expatriate work and residence permits, liaising with relevant

  • Maintain relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring that high-quality services and goods at competitive prices compare to others.
