Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fields

Proven work experience with minimum 5 years+ as an HR Specialist or in a similar HR and General Affairs role

In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations

Fluency in spoken and written in English is a must

Strong understanding of HR best practices, policies, and procedures.

Proficiency in using MS Office applications

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
