Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree (S1).

  • Candidates with 2–3 years of experience in HRGA are preferred, with a stronger focus on General Affairs (GA)

  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.

  • Experience in a manufacturing company is preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily General Affairs administrative activities.

  • Manage office supplies, company assets, and facility administration.

  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, government agencies, and other external parties.

  • Support company operational activities and employee welfare programs.

  • Maintain company records, documents, and filing systems.

  • Assist in recruitment administration, employee onboarding, attendance monitoring, and other HR-related administrative tasks as required.

  • Support HRGA projects and activities assigned by management.

  • Placement Cikarang Pusat, Jawa Barat
