• HR Management: Oversee end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding

• Payroll; Collect & validate attendance record & calculate monthly benefit & compensation

• Manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance.

• Maintain pay plan and benefits program

• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

• Employee Relations: General Affairs; Oversee general affairs tasks such as office administration, facility management, and procurement of office supplies.

• Compliance; assess & propose appropiate compliance referring to Indonesian labor laws and regulations

Qualification

• 2-years minimum experience
