Manage recruitment and employee administration processes
Maintain personnel records and HR documentation
Coordinate employee relations and HR programs
Familiar with Indonesian labor regulations and HR systems
Proficient in Mandarin language is highly preferred (diutamakan bisa Bahasa Mandarin)
