The HRD Manager oversees recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training & development

They ensure HR policies are followed and legal compliance is met to drive organizational success

Requirement:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a Related Field; Master's Degree is a plus

5-7 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 - 3 years in Middle Level HR role

Proficiency in using HR Software and Systems (E.G., HRIS, ATS, Performance Management System)

In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulation.
