Job Responsibilities:

• Acting as bridge communicator between local HR team and the China team

• Conducting end to end recruitment process

• Identifying and observing department for a training needs

• Analyzing organizational department issues and establishing relationships with relevant superiors for comprehensive insight into organizational development concerns

• Handling performance appraisal end to end proces

• Supporting HR Administration

• Assisting on the employee data collections, input and keeping a proper filling system

• Handling the Employer Branding

Requirements:

• Fresh Graduate from Psychology, Management, Chinese Literature or any other related field are welcome

• HR, Recruitment, or Talent Acqusition Internship experience for 6 month - 1 year is a plus

• Passionate with a strong interest in the Human Resources field

• People-oriented and results-driven mindset

• Familiarity with conducting various interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong English skills both written and oral

• Able to speak Mandarin is a plus

• Willingness to be placed in the BSD, Tangerang
