Responsibilities:

• Participate actively in the recruitment life cycle, which includes sourcing, screening, background checking, and engaging top talents.

• Using online job boards, social media platforms, and other resources to find potential candidates for job openings.

• Conducting research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and market insights to help recruiters better understand the talent landscape.

• Assisting with various administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications, and managing documentation.

• Updating and maintaining candidate databases and applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on potential candidates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law or related field.

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition. Handling project in Mass Hiring would be a Plus.

• Direct sourcing experience, passive candidate identification/attraction, using LinkedIn Recruiter and various social media platforms.

• Excellent English language skills both oral and written.

• A genuine passion for resourcing, strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
