  • The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes in a dynamic construction oil & gas company.

  • This role is crucial in ensuring the company attracts, hires, develops, and retains the best employees while fostering a positive, productive, and compliant workplace.

    Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree

  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in the construction or oil & gas industry

  • Proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management

  • Proficient in both verbal and written communication in English

  • Key Responsibilities

    Recruitment and Staffing:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding

  • Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs.

    Compensation and Benefits:

  • Oversee the administration of compensation, benefits, and payroll

  • Conduct salary benchmarking and reviews

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations regarding compensation.

    Training and Development:

  • Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and career development

  • Organize orientation programs for new hires

  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training initiatives.

    Performance Management:

  • Develop and implement performance evaluation systems

  • Assist in setting performance goals and objectives for employees

  • Provide coaching and support to managers in handling performance issues.

    Employee Relations:

  • Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution

  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions

  • Promote a culture of safety and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

    Policy Development and Compliance:

  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures

  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations

  • Conduct audits to ensure legal and policy compliance

    HR Strategy and Planning:

  • Align HR initiatives with the companys strategic goals

  • Develop and monitor HR budgets

  • Provide HR insights and recommendations to senior management.

    Working Conditions

  • Office environment with occasional visits to construction sites

  • May require travel for recruitment, training, or site visits.
