Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer management
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
HR Generalist Duties:
Administer HR policies, procedures, and programs
Handle employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding
Address employee inquiries and manage day-to-day HR issues
Assist with performance management and employee development initiatives
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Have experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment
Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
