Job Description

  • Ensure implementation of Performance Management (Connectiqa, Performance Review, Performance Conversation and Performance Analytics)

  • Ensure every employee has a challenging and stretched target KPI, aligned with the company's goals, and considering equality between individuals

  • Ensure the running process of optimizing the potential of every employee, monitoring performance and effective feedback by each superior for each individual in order for them to stay aligned with the company's goals

  • Assist the Head of HC to prepare budgeting, to created reward strategies and to analyze salary survey results

  • Review reward system & policy (such as : performance bonus, salary increment, and other benefits)


Requirement

  • Minimum S1 (Bachelor's Degree) in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or in any major related field

  • Have a minimum of 2-3 year experience in HC Generalist, Reward & Performance

  • Proficiency in operating Windows operating system and Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel

  • Have a good driving force, planning, and interpersonal skill

  • Ability to work within and across teams

  • Good command of English (at least passive)

  • Placement : Thamrin, Jakarta Pusat
