Job Description
Ensure implementation of Performance Management (Connectiqa, Performance Review, Performance Conversation and Performance Analytics)
Ensure every employee has a challenging and stretched target KPI, aligned with the company's goals, and considering equality between individuals
Ensure the running process of optimizing the potential of every employee, monitoring performance and effective feedback by each superior for each individual in order for them to stay aligned with the company's goals
Assist the Head of HC to prepare budgeting, to created reward strategies and to analyze salary survey results
Review reward system & policy (such as : performance bonus, salary increment, and other benefits)
Requirement
Minimum S1 (Bachelor's Degree) in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or in any major related field
Have a minimum of 2-3 year experience in HC Generalist, Reward & Performance
Proficiency in operating Windows operating system and Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
Have a good driving force, planning, and interpersonal skill
Ability to work within and across teams
Good command of English (at least passive)
