Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out administrative duties such as filling, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc

  • Develop, manage, and maintain filling systems both digitally and physically

  • Maintain adequate necessity in the office (stationery, toiletries, office)

  • Coordinate, arrange and maintain business travels as required (flight ticket, hotel booking, contract etc.

  • Other Duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Management or a related field

  • At least 1-2 years working experience in similar position

  • Proven experience in administrative or general affairs roles

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient with Ms. Office, especially in Ms. Excel

  • Good command and correspondence in English
